Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • Cream cheese 8 oz (250g, anywhere 200-300g is good, depending on the package available to you)
  • Heavy whipping cream 1 cup (100g)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Sugar 1/4 cup (60g)
  • All-purpose flour 1 TBSP (5g)

Process

  1. Preheat oven to 420F (215C).
  2. Put everything in the blender, blend well.
  3. Place parchment paper in a 6-inch Pyrex glass container or a cake pan, pour in the mixture.
  4. Place container in oven, bake 35 minutes.
  5. Let it sit in fridge overnight.
