Almond flour brownie
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (144g) almond flour
- 3/4 cup (64g) unsweetened cocoa, Dutch-process or natural
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8" square baking container.
- Mix together the melted butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, cocoa, and eggs.
- Stir in almond flower and baking powder.
- Pour the batter to the greased baking container.
- Bake in the oven for 33-38 minutes. Check by stabbing a toothpick into the middle. If the toothpick comes out without sticky/gluey stuff, then it is done.
- Wait till it completely cooled down before cutting it. After it is cooled in the fridge, it is much easier to cut into pieces without breaking or crumbling.
