Tandoori Chicken

  Ingredients

  • 1/2 TBSP crushed garlic (2 cloves)

  • 1/2 TBSP crushed ginger

  • 1 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (300 ml)

  • 1 TBSP Tandoori spice

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 TBSP lemon juice

  • 1 kg chicken, should be pieces with bones like wings or legs, I used 6 drum sticks

Procedure

  1. Mix all spice and yogurt in a bowl to make the marinade. 
  2. Make a few deep cuts on the chicken, stab chicken with a knife to make holes in the meat. This will allow the marinade to go deeper into the meat.
  3. Marinade chicken for 2 hours to overnight.
  4. Put chicken on a rack that is on top of a tray.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350 F. 
  6. Put chicken in the air fryer. Cook 10 minutes. Flip chicken, cook another 10 minutes.
