Mussels

  Ingredients

  • 500g mussels (no shells, cooked) 

  • 8 cloves of garlic, crushed 

  • 300ml dry white wine

  • 100ml heavy cream

  • 1 tsp parsley (dried flakes)

Procedure

  1. Mix wine, garlic, cream, parsley in a pot. 
  2. Boil 3 minutes.
  3. Add mussels, boil 3 minutes. 
  4. Check taste, add salt if needed. 
  5. Serve with white bread
